I want to send a big big BIG
THANK YOU
out to my new friend TANK!!
Tank has been taking care of my Pink Baby for the past week and boy what a time they have had!
First, he got to pick her up at the airport. Then once they got back to his house she unpacked her stuff and even gave Tank a pressie!
Then on Tuesday Tank took Pink Baby for a walk around the Overland Park Arboretum/Botanical Gardens (http://www.opkansas.org/_Vis/Arboretum/) then that night got to watch the Kansas City Royals Major League Baseball Teamplay the Toronto Blue Jays at the newly renovated Kauffman Stadium. But due to the fact that they are both kinda small, they thought it best to watch from home on the TV.
The next day, you will not BELIEVE where they got to go! THE SPA! Tank came out looking SOOO handsome! And he even got Pink Baby some booootiful bows for her! After their massages and wash, cut and blow dry I am sure Pink Baby was thinking she never wanted to leave!!
Be sure to go over to Tank’s blog to see the after pictures! It is SOO worth it!!
After a day at the spa, one might need an easy morning to wake up and stretch. Tank and Pink Baby even got to play some games!!

Later in the day, after the too lazy heads woke up enough they even got to the Country Club Plaza (http://www.countryclubplaza.com/) and got see some really PAWSOME FOUNTAINS and stopped in at a dog bakery! If you go over to Tank’s blog, you can see the silly trick him and his Mommy pulled on Pink Baby!
You know that Tank and Pink Baby really bonded, I mean, how couldn’t they? They even got to snuggle up and watch one of Mommy’s fav doggie movies “Eight Below”

Tank even treated Pink Baby to I think might be one of my favorite parts! She got to try Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue!!! (http://www.jackstackbbq.com) And she wouldn’t even save me a bite to bring home! I was droolin’ on the keys as I read that! Here I am on a DIET and shes stuffing her face. I can’t even repost the picture here it makes me drool too much, but go over to Tank’s blog and you will see what I mean!!
The next day Tank and Pink Baby watched the Kentucky Derby. I am very thankful for Tank to lend Pink Baby an appropriate hat for such an occasion because we forgot to pack one. Then he showed Pink Baby all sorts of things that happen in his home! Like the new indoor tropical rain forest at the Kansas City Zoo http://www.kansascityzoo.org/) Rode on a Roller Coaster called the “Prowler!” http://www.worldsoffun.com/) and even got to go to the Brookside Art Fair! (http://www.brooksidekc.org/art-fair.html and http://www.countryclubplaza.com/plaza75f5.html?pgID=91) After that they even had a chance to pay tribute at the National World War I Museum at the Liberty Memorial (http://www.theworldwar.org/s/110/index.aspx)
I don’t know how Pink Baby has been keeping up!! I’m tired just reading about all this fun stuff to try when I go to Overland Park, Kansas!
There are many many more fun pictures of Pink Baby and Tank and the adventures they went on. Please Please PLEASE stop over to Tank’s blog and read all about it. And feel free to drop him a note from me thanking him for being such a wonderful host to Pink Baby.
