First Jimmy and I would like to wish all of our Furry Friends the best Happy Thanksgiving EVER!! We hope you all got some turkey and other yummy droppings. We had a very low key day as Mommy wasn’t feeling her bestest with a migraine.
For those who are new to the blog. Both Jimmy and I are rescue pups from High Kill Shelters. I was only 7 months old and Jimmy was 5 Months old. It was a very scary time and couldn’t imaging having to be there during the holidays like Jimmy was last year! I hope this event is able to brighten the lives of those furry friends who are stuck there still waiting for their forever families! Please read my adoption story by clicking here!! Now, for the real reason you are all here… the reason we are all counting down is…

We are very excited this year to announce that our good friends over at Cody’s Creations is helping to sponsor some of the prizes!
Those of you regulars are familiar with Kylie’s 25 Days of Christmas, but this year we want to make it more exciting!!!

Can you believe it is almost that most wonderful time of year again? I just love Christmas time and I feel so lucky that I have my Mommy and Daddy and a wonderful place to live and all of you, my friends! I remember a time when I didn’t have any of those things and life for me was very scary and lonely, just like it is for the thousands of doggie and kitties who are in shelters this holiday season. The holiday for all of us is a time for family and treats and toys and turkey and traveling and food… Oh, right, sorry, and also a time to give thanks for everything we are so lucky to have… and not just turkey! 
It has become now an annual tradition to celebrate the holidays with all of you and give back to those pups who need it at the same time.
Kylie’s 25 Days of Christmas
Each day I will post a Christmas post and whoever posts a reply as a comment will be entered into a weekly drawing. I will pick one name from all the entries for the week on Saturday morning and that winner will get a small prize! You can enter each day and increase your chances of winning!! Each weekly winner will be able to select the rescue/shelter of their choice to have a hand made Cody’s Creation collar package sent to in your name. We are so happy to have Cody’s Creations sponsor this years contest! Please check out their store and be sure to have your parents get you something for under your tree!!
The morning of the big day, Sunday December 25th, CHRISTMAS, I will put all weekly winners (4) into a drawing to select a GRAND PRIZE winner. Not only will the grand prize winner get a super goody basket, they will also be able to tell us the animal rescue or shelter of their choice and have a hand made Cody’s Creation collar package sent. In addition I will make a $25.00 donation in their name!!
Last year we had fellow bloggers who offered to match my donation!! We want to open this year up to see if anyone will be willing to match our $25.00 offer!! Let’s see how much we can raise to give to the Grand Prize winner’s choice of rescue/shelter! It could be yours! Hello Kylie and Jimmy! yeah it is that time of the year again!!
Mommy doesn’t have as much time to spend on her computer this year (and you know why!) so we may not be able to check your blog frequently but we will not want to miss the fun game!! we had so much fun last year!

Oh I can’t believe it’s already that time!!! We look forward to playing and helping other doggy’s that don’t have homes for the holidays! This makes us so sad to think about so we too will be donating to local rescue groups this holiday season!
