It’s a pretty big deal

So have you all been just dancing around on all four paws?! Are your tails all twisted up?? Can you wait to know who Mommy and Daddy took me to meet?!

It was the one, the only, the incredible….

THE PRESTON THE PUGGLE!!

This is a very big deal!! See, Mommy was at work one day back in 2007 and her friend sent her a link to THIS.  See, Mommy didn’t know what a dog blog was (The horror) and she started reading all about Preston and the fun things he does and the amazing pictures his photographers take! So after spending lots of time on Preston’s blog, Mommy decided to make me MY VERY OWN BLOG!! That was the bestest day ever because without my blog I would never have gotten to meet all of you!!

So we walked around “Elm Bank Reservation” It is a couple miles of wooded trails along the Charles River located in Wellseley, Master Chew Sits. It was very pretty and smelled just wonderful!  Preston got to run ahead off leash because he is such a smart little Puggle. He even found a way to get down into the river!

His Daddy warned him that the stick was too big…

But you should never underestimate a Puggle!!

Preston was very much a true Gentleman! How did he KNOW I just LOVE STICKS?!

I felt bad for him though because his Mommy went and threw the stick WAY out in the River! He sure was a brave sport about it though and swam all the way out to bring it back!!

That stick is longer then you Preston!

We kept walking after he got his stick back to the safety of the shore. Eventually we found this really really big stick… Preston I think this one is too big for you!!

He wanted to see what my Daddy had found!

Preston was teasing me for not being brave enough to go out on the log, he was sticking his tongue out at me, that cheeky little bugger!

Preston was very attentive to what his Mommy had to say about teasing me!!

I figured I better go down to the water and try to gain some respect from him. I thought I would find a stick and maybe he would think I was cool.

But there he was showing me up again by swimming out in the deep waters, all by himself, without even wearing a life jacket!!

At least Preston’s Dad was nice enough to play with me and my stick I found!!

We were being so good standing next to each other we got a treat. (Truth be told, I was a little bit of a growly pants to Poor Preston!! Mommy was horrified!)

Well, after our nice walk and Preston’s nice swim, we decided it was foodables time and Mommy suggested we go down the road just a bit into “South Natick” to the waterfall.

It sure was pretty!!
Now this next part might be a little embarrassing for Preston, so promise you won’t tease him?? Really, Promise…

Well that cute little smarty pants was afraid of the waterfall!! hehehe Mommy says it’s not nice for me to laugh at Preston. She says if a Motorcycle had gone by or if someone set off a firecracker, I would have looked even MORE pathetic, but I think it was still pretty funny!!

After seeing how distressed he was, I figured maybe if I, Kylie the Super Pup, came over there too he might not be so afraid.

Truth be told, I don’t think it helped.

Can’t say I didn’t try!!

Mommy thought maybe if I did a command, such as UP, I might not be so grumpy to Preston about getting in my space… Here are the results… what do you think??

Well after that we went to find the picnic tables and have some foodables, well really the humans had foodables and didn’t share any with us!!

Preston’s mommy did a group photo so we will post it as soon as we see it!!

I am still so excited I got a chance to meet the famous Preston (He’s been on tv!) and I am pretty sad that Mommy told me he is moving to Texas next month!! Oh No! We have only just met!!

You will not believe who I got to meet!!

The past week or so Mommy keeps mentioning going to meet someone and something about being on my best behavior. I didn’t know what the big deal was.   This morning she got up early and started packing all my stuff up so I knew something was up! I thought maybe we were going to visit Nawnie and Papa!! That would be fun!! But she didn’t pack my Nite-Nite…

Daddy and Mommy and I hopped into the Jeep and off we went. I knew right away where I was when we got into Natick Center!!! Are we going to visit Bones and Fluffy??

Nope we just kept going!! Where could they be taking me??

Well we pull in and drive all around these big open fields and I just couldn’t help myself but to whine a little because I really really wanted to get out and run around in those fields!! FINALLY she stopped and she got out and started to PET ANOTHER DOG!!!

I wanted to get out and see who this fella thought he was getting loving from My Mommy and My Daddy and when I got out of the car I saw…

It’s just too hot!

Summer sure is here in Master Chew Sits!! Now that we are in our new house Mommy says we have some adjusting to do. One of the things Mommy and Daddy liked so much about my new home was what Honey’s Mom called “Character”. It’s really old house and it looks really neat on the inside but when you get “Character” in your home, you don’t get Central Air Conditioning!!! BOL Just this weekend it was super duper hot and humid here and Mommy and Daddy said they were going to the store to buy special magic window boxes. I didn’t know if I thought it was such a great idea to be spending my hard earned treat and toy moneys on special magic window boxes but Mommy said that they would even get one for MY ROOM! Well turns out these magic window boxes make it super duper nice and cool inside under the window!! I just LOVE my room one and Daddy put one in his and Mommy’s room AND one downstairs in the TV’s room!! I think I like this house even better with “Character” AND Special Magic Window Boxes!

I know lots of you like seeing me play with my Peanut Butter Ball from my bestest friend Russ. It was super duper hot out so I didn’t play for very long, not to mention my attention span for a ball is about 5 seconds Mommy says. But while I was outside I did find my most favoritest thing EVER!!

It’s not really exciting, but you get to see me

Mommy got home from the kiddy kennel and we went into the backyard to play and take pictures.

My nice landlord guy, Russ, my new bestest friend in the world got me this tennis ball to play with. It says Peanut Butter on it. Russ told Mommy it doesn’t smell like peanut butter and he said he even TASTED it! BOL And the verdict is, it doesn’t taste like peanut butter either, but I still like chasing it when Mommy throws it around!!!

The story on Facebook: Let’s talk business

Some of you might know that my mommy is on that thingy called “Facebook”. I know some of my paw pals even have their own “Facebook” account!! Well, here is the deal.

Mommy says that I am a lucky dog to have my very own bloggie. Mommy doesn’t even have her very own bloggie. So she says “Facebook” is for HER, and my bloggy is for ME!! Can you believes this?? I think she is embarrassed for some of her “friends” to know she spends her time helping me post!! But she says she is determined to try to keep them separate.

It’s my lucky day

Mommy is sicky again!!! BOL

She came home sick from work on Monday and ended up laying in bed and she had a temperature of 102.7!! But you know what the really unfair part was?! SHE didn’t have to take HER temperature the same way I have to when I go to the V-E-T!!! She just had to put hers in her mouth!! What is up with that?!

She stayed home with me on Tuesday and spent most of the day sleeping in bed. I thought she wanted to stay home and play with me!!!  This was soo boring!!! Then her throat was soooo sore that Wednesday morning she went to the Human V-E-T.  She found out that Over 14 kiddies from Mommy’s Kiddy Kennel have been sent home in 2 days with “Hand, Foot, and Mouth” or  “Strep Throat” or “Fever of 101 or more” !! Uh Oh!! No where is safe, Infants, Toddlers or Preschool!!! To give you a perspective Mommy’s Kiddy Kennel typically has roughly 180 kidlets a day.  That is a lot of Kidlets!!!

Now it’s Thursday and she said she HAD to go to work to make me kibble monies.  She was having fun with her Kidlets and they missed her a lot but she was definately still not feeling great. On her teacher break she laid down on the couch in the staff room and one of her bosses came in to ask how she was feeling. Once she got back in her classroom they called and said she could go home!! SOooo….

To make a long story short, it’s my lucky day! I got Mommy home again!! Wooo Hooo!! Maybe Mommy should get sickies more often!! She still isn’t that much fun, just laying on the couch, but I can lay right under her and get pets!! Yesterday we took the camera with us to go potty and here a couple of the pictures:
