A little soccer anyone?

We don’t really watch sports in our house. But sometimes I have to make those silly humans break the rules and lets PLAY!!

(The community peoples got mad about some (Mean) doggies running loose so now Mommy makes me were this big long yellow thing when we want to play outside. That way no one can complain that I’m loose. BLAH! I say it gets in the way of my runnings.

I’ve got you NOW soccer ball!! You can’t get out of the jaws of Kylie!!

A trip to the V-E-T

On Saturday Mommy said “Kylie, do you want to go for a car ride?”

Of course I said YES!!!

I wonder where oh where we are going?! The store, the park, Nawnie and Papa’s? There are so many fun places to go!

Wait just a minute… What does that sign say??

WHAT?!

I can’t believe that this is what she thought would be a fun Saturday morning!?

This is me sitting on the bench in the waiting room being a good girl! I have lost some more weight too! I am 53.9 lbs!! WooooF! That’s a big improvement from my last annual visit in April when I was 63 LBS and my V-E-T said I was F-A-T!! You can read about that horrible visit at the link above.

Well I had the waiting room to myself until a woman came in with a small box… that MEOWED! My ears went up and I tilted my head and the woman laughed at me. She saw me doing some of my command work with Mommy (It helps me focus and be less nervous) and she asked about what kind of doggie I was because I was very beautiful and well behaved.  It made Mommy smile and I wagged my tail to her.

Yes, Little Miss Kylie had to wear a muzzle. I actually was a very good girl and was more social to the techs then I have ever been to meeting new strangers. (even when the darker haired lady Sheryl DeAngelis took my temperature you know where!!)

But when she said a tech had to HOLD ME for the blood draw, Mommy thought it would be best to just put it on. I started to give the nice blond hair lady named Adel Molnar the evil eye when she put her arm around me. I mean, honestly, we JUST met, and you already want to HUG and HOLD me! I’m not that kinda girl!

She held my leggie for a little bit just to make sure no bloods came out on my furs. The whole process was only a couple minutes and then the muzzle was off and those nice ladies were giving me treats! Mommy told them all about you guys and Dogs with Blogs (and why she was taking pictures of my torture!) They even asked for my bloggie address and said they would look it up!! How cool is that!? Well, if you are reading this: Thank you Sheryl and Adel for being so nice to me and giving me treats. I forgive you for sticking me in the bum and stealing my bloods! WOooooF! 🙂

After they left we were waiting for Dr. Moynihan to come in. Mom thought she would show you some of the things on the walls. This weight chart was one of the things that really scared Mom when she saw I was 60lbs. It made my life SHORTER!

So maybe it will help some of your Mommy and Daddy’s step up the pace and get you to loose those extra pounds.

Doggies Beware!! Remind your humans even though we beg for EVERYTHING. They need to remember that not all human food is good for us doggies!!

Preston this sign made me think of you! I am sad to hear you are leaving Boston already!!

This one didn’t come out so good. but it says “Dogs in all 50 States have been diagnosed with Heartworm Disease” So I sure hope all my furiends are using some form of flee and tick medicine! And even my furiends not in the States!

There she is! That is my nice VET doctor lady!! We had already done my exam. She felt me all over and said I had a girly waist and I was doing a great job on my diet. I got 2 shots on my rear but I didn’t need to wear the muzzle again. Mommy just petted my head and when it was done, Dr. M gave me TREATS! Yummm

May I have another please?!

Dr. M said that she was just so impressed with my overall change and improvement in my demeanor. I used to be the doggie who would hide under the chair and have to be pulled out to be examined and very very scared. She said Mommy had done a great job over my 3 years with her becoming more confident and social. She has never seen me just walk up to her and offer my paw! 🙂

We headed out and paid and then we went out to the yard to have a quick potty break and I ran into this fella.

Wooo. He is a mini version of a HUGE sculpture we pass on Rt. 495 when we go up and down to Nawie and Papa’s in NH. We will try to get a picture of the big one next time we go up!

I’m still here

I sure hope you haven’t all forgotten about me! As all of you know, life always seems to get in the way of blogging at times. Mommy had work and sickies and some other “life” stuff going on. Things haven’t been all that exciting for me so I didn’t even have anything worth blogging about even if I did sneak on. I have been reading all your posts and I try to comment every once in a while. Well I thought on this Sunday I would share some pictures that were trapped in Mommy Crackberry. I will try to post tomorrow about some other fun things that have happened in the past week or so.

Mommy says she sure does like the color pink. My collar and leash have pink. And my Doggie bag, and some of my bandannas are pink. Well today Mommy said she doesn’t like Pink because it is in her Eye!! Ewww Daddy keeps yelling at Mommy to get away, but I still love her, even if she does look pretty scary!

Just kidding it’s not snowing anymore but it had been trapped.

A brief tour of My Estate

Well after catching up with Pink Baby I thought it would be nice to take her on a quick tour of my new Estate. When Pink Baby went off on her adventure we weren’t living here. We still had been at Granma and Granpas Lake House!

Pink Baby wanted to see the views first.

Mommy helped her up into one of the trees since you can’t see so much when you are only 2 inches off the ground.

She is a brave little doggie and boy was it worth it. Check out the view!

Then we walked by were my mail and pressies get left! Pink Baby told me of a horrible experience she had with the postal worker. He tried to leave her there!

Thankfully she was able to convince him to leave her over at the leasing office people until my Mommy came home to pick her up! They took much better care of her over there!

Next we went over to the Leasing Office. They used to be my furiends because I was the very first Doggie to move into my Estate (Hence, MY ESTATE) so whenever we needed to go talk to them I always got to go and Mommy would bring treats that they could feed me. I was really starting to warm up to one guy named David. But then, MY ESTATE was taken over by lots and lots of OTHER DOGGIES!! So, the leasing office peoples made a rule that no doggies could come into the office any more. This made me really sad. But they have a map outside the building that I could show Pink Baby.

If you follow my bloggie you will know that My Estate was still being built when we moved in back in June, well guess what? It is STILL being built!! Not all those buildings are finished yet!!

I told Pink Baby to hop on so we could go walk the rest of the Estate.

This is one of the newer buildings, they just started letting people move in last week. They haven’t even finished putting in the grass yet!

Someone was at the door

I was just minding my own business.

I was sooo excited when I saw her! I got zoomies all around the house and even knocked over a little table! BOL  She smelled just PAWSOME! I could smell all of you!!

I can’t believe that Pink Baby went all the way to Singapore! She got to meet the Handsome Cody and Joyce and Lady and Zena! What a once in a lifetime trip!  She also went and saw one of my most favorite blogging buddies! TIBBY! Tibby lives a few states away from me and someday Mommy will HAVE to bring me to meet her!!

PeeS: The defendant that Mommy was on the Jury for changed his plea to GUILTY on all charges!! She didn’t have to sit through the long trail after all! We just hope that he is sentenced to the greatest extent of the law. This was not a nice man to many many many kiddlets.
